I wanted to take a few moments today to answer some questions I have been receiving about Dearly Domestic's future. Thank you to all of my readers who have been with me from day 1 of starting the Dearly Domestic journey. Wow, we have come a long way! Thank you to my newer readers as well. I am so happy for each of you and am so excited to see my site grow. It is because of each of you and your support in telling friends that Dearly Domestic has been successful.

Before I started Dearly Domestic I was a first grade teacher. The last 2 years have brought with them 2 little bundles of joy and the opportunity to stay at home and watch them grow. I have loved every single second of it! But, alas, all good things must come to an end and I am headed back to work (this time as a working mama) on Monday. We want to use my income as a teacher to pay down our mortgage as fast as we can. (Our goal is to have it gone in 5 years. I'll keep you updated on that!) So, what does this mean for Dearly Domestic?

Dearly Domestic plans to stick around during this transition. It is something I have enjoyed working on and I am not ready to part with it. My posts however, may change in quantity and the time of day they are posted. You can expect to see my postings change to show up early in the morning and in the evening. I promise to keep my regular postings of Works 4 Me Wednesday, recipe and menu guides, Dishing It Up, and daily deals. I am actually expecting to see an increase in reviews and giveaways in the upcoming months and looking forward to watching the site continue to grow.
