I've ordered some gifts from this company in the past and have ALWAYS been impressed with the quality. Right now they are offering a free MyLIfe product if you pay shipping. I created a special memory box to put my dad's obituary, photos, cards, etc in with his picture collage on the front. It cost me $12 to ship.
Go here for more details. This offer only valid through today so hurry if interested.
30 DAYS TO A MORE ORGANIZED YOU!
Whew! I don't know about anyone else, but I am SO glad to be done cleaning out and organizing the nooks and crannies of my house. If you lost your way as we went on the 30 day organizing adventure then here is a recap and a complete guide... (click on the day to get your assignment)
30 Days to a More Organized You: Day 30
It's summer vacation at my house. I have completed another year of teaching first grade and my house looks like I have dissappeared for the past 9 months. Well, in some ways, I have. So, I am taking the next 30 days to get it back in order. A little while ago Money Saving Mom completed a similar challenge to this one and it inspired me to make my own list of areas of my home that need some extra attention from me. I thought some of you might like to come along with me on this journey. Perhaps your homes are in prestine condition and you don't need to organize or clean as much as I do. Or perhaps there are only a few areas that need some extra attention. Or, perhaps you'd just like to chuckle at how untidy some areas of my home may be. Feel free to complete as many of the daily assignments you'd like or as little as you'd like. This is simply going to be a diary of what I am doing at my own home to get it in tip-top shape! Most of the daily "chores" will be able to be completed in 30 minutes or less. However, there may be a few that may need some additional time spent to complete them.
Today's assignment (if you so choose to accept it): Seasonal Decor/Table Linens
I don't have a ton of these, but I did have enough that my drawer was a mess. NOw, it is looking much more orderly.

Today's assignment (if you so choose to accept it): Filing Cabinet
I hate this job of cleaning out the filing cabinet... but it needs done! Here is my completed filing cabinet. The lighting was awful in the closet, so sorry for the terrible picture.
